Results may typically last 1–2 years depending on these conditions, but AP Exterior Cleaning does not guarantee a specific duration, exact visual outcome, or permanent prevention of future buildup.

8. Soft Washing, Pressure Washing, and Surface Conditions

AP Exterior Cleaning may use soft washing, pressure washing, or other exterior cleaning methods depending on the surface and project requirements.

9. Professional Lift Equipment

AP Exterior Cleaning may use professional lift equipment when appropriate for safer access to high rooflines, difficult siding areas, commercial façades, or larger properties.

Lift equipment use depends on access, ground conditions, space, safety, property layout, terrain, weather, and project scope. Not every project requires or qualifies for lift equipment use.

10. Payments and Deposits

Payment terms may vary depending on the project. AP Exterior Cleaning may request a deposit before scheduling or beginning work. Common deposit amounts may range from 30% to 50% depending on project scope, scheduling, and service requirements.

• Accepted payment methods may include Zelle and check.
• Remaining balances are typically due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Commercial or larger projects may have separate payment terms.
• Late or unpaid balances may result in collection efforts, additional fees, or refusal of future service.

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should notify AP Exterior Cleaning as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling may be subject to availability, weather, and project calendar.

AP Exterior Cleaning may reschedule or cancel a project if conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, required preparation is incomplete, payment terms are not met, or the project scope materially changes.
